Nintendo just announced that it will be releasing a three-part series on the making of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" on March 14 at 6 a.m. PT. No details have yet been given on the said video but it may be longer than the current 54 minutes and 5 seconds world record of a speedrunner who already finished the game.

Nintendo on its official twitter account announced that "The Making of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" will be showing today though still undisclosed on how or what viewers can expect. This announcement came after a few interesting revelations about the latest Zelda adventure like on how developers used a 2D version to try out the game's system. This innovative and experimental approach was already showcased in GDC 2017 according to Polygon.

Viewers may expect more details on how the development of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" unfolded, which already has a few secrets hidden in its massive open world and unique design. Youtuber Seaniccus has revealed how the latest installment has paid special tribute to the late Nintendo president Saturo Iwata. This can be found towards the end of the game's opening area where a Watchman named Botrick shows a striking resemblance to Iwata, who passed away in 2015 while "Breath of the Wild" was still in development. Game director Hidemaro Fujibayashi also revealed in an interview with The New Yorker how the beloved president was sorely missed particularly when the team has thought of some new and exciting additions to the game.

"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is at its peak just a week after it debuted last March 3 in the Nintendo Switch. Though it is an estimated 8 square miles of open world with a mysterious lore, dedicated gamers have soon discovered a few secrets like the hidden survival island for one and of course how to bring down Ganon. Just recently, a player called Venick409 just set a new world record of finishing the game in less just 54 minutes and 5 seconds as seen in the video below with game spoilers.

The unique game design of "The legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" allows players to rush towards the end of the game just like Venick409 did. This means going through four shrines located in the Great Plateau then getting a horse, which can either be befriended or summoned using an amiibo. The next stop will then be Hyrule Castle where the player will have to scale a huge pillar said to be "pure evil, collect a few weapons and paraglide down to meet the final boss according to A.V. Club.
