Samsung is likely to put too much hardwork on Galaxy Tab S3 because of its undeniably good result. For this reason, the newly launched tablet is expected to uplift the declining tablet market as well as aiming to surpass the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8 sales.

Tablet shipment has reportedly decline from 2015's 66 million to 2016's 53 million which is equivalent to 20 percent fallout rate. According to Fortune, traditional tablets, which refers to those without keyboards, have tremendously lost their relevance across the globe despite the being low costs.

Even the Apple iPad Pro with detachable keyboard does not seem to make the cut since the Cupertino giant has 19 percent shipments drop for the last year's quarter. Samsung has also suffered from the declining tablet market performance with 8 million shipment drop or 11 percent for the same duration.

However, the introduction of Galaxy Tab S3 suggests a huge difference to Samsung's tablet performance this year as the device is deemed as the industry's game-changer. Because of the tablet's purported high-performing specs and impressive features, Apple's iPad Pro 2 is at stake.

The Mobile World Congress' attendees strongly believe that Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is made for the movie, TV shows and music enthusiasts. The device's AMOLED screen which displays deeper contrast and brighter colors is expected to be its edge over the 9.7inch iPad Pro, CNET reported.

Furthermore, the quad-speaker system is another feature found in Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. The device has the capability to detect the sound's direction automatically, pushing the vocals and dialogues to the other speakers for audio clarity regardless of the device's orientation, may it be landscape or portrait.

Specs-wise, Galaxy Tab S3 is sporting a 3GB of RAM with 32GB for the based model, fueled by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, powered by 6000 mAh battery pack and runs Android 7.0 Nougat. On the other hand, Samsung has not disclosed the tablet's price since it was launched last Feb. 26. But speculations suggest that it will outsell Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8 despite the cost.
