The ongoing CPU battle between Intel and AMD has produced one of the great processor that is being acknowledged today, the Zen-based chipsets Ryzen launched in Game Developers Conference 2017. The said CPU has reportedly beat the Core i7 or Kaby Lake thus, Intel has ventured into smartphone business using 5G network.

Apple Ditches Intel, Chooses AMD for Future Macs

AMD has reportedly shined during the GDC 2017 and many are amazed at how AMD grows into a more serious company now more than ever. For this reason, Intel has been left behind with its Core i7 or Kaby Lake processors because Apple is reportedly choosing its biggest rival for the processors of the upcoming Macs.

After AMD Ryzen 7 1800X has set a higher score (world record) for Cinebench, many have speculated that Intel has started to lose its crown as the queen of PC microprocessors. Architosh reported that it's not the performance that made the Ryzen popular but the performance per watts which is timely and relevant to Apple's need to deliver a device with less energy consumption.

Intel's New Business Venture on 5G Smartphones Chipset

Intel has always been a fighter and although they admit loosing on CPU battle with AMD, the company has is facing yet another war not in PC microprocessor but in smartphones. According to Tech Crunch, when Intel's last attempt on smartphone business failed, the company's war on the market is far from over most especially when it uses the 5G standardization on network.

During the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona Spain, everyone can say that Intel is ready again and fully armored to battle with Qualcomm when it comes to mobile chipsets. The company is seeing a bright future in their recent venture on 5G network on smartphones because this new technology is expected to bring some good benefits will leverage the communication system of the world.
