"Making a Murderer" season 2 possible release date might be slated later this year. Adding on, secret pieces of evidence from the previous season might also be featured and explored in the sequel to further explain Teresa Halbach's murder case and Steven Avery's verdict.

'Making A Murderer': Secret Evidences Might Be Revealed

For starters, "Making a Murderer" is based on Teresa Halbach murder and to the suspects namely Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. It premieres two years ago, December 18.

Halbach is an aspiring photographer who was murdered when she was just 25 years old. As per the submitted reports, she was last seen in Avery's lot.

Meanwhile, Avery is currently on trial for Halbach's death. Based on the reports, with the help of his nephew, Dassey, the two committed the brutal crime. They sexually assaulted Halbach and-and mutilated her body.

Speaking of evidence, Heat World reports that prosecutor Ken Kratz tells to media outlets that Netflix left out "key pieces of evidence". Kratz points out one particular evidence, the DNA found in Halbach's car. It was not included in the "Making A Murderer" season 1.

In terms of producing a documentary, all details must be accurate, reliable, and nothing should be kept away from the public's eye especially if it tackles an important case. However, the aforementioned site noted that, obviously, most of the evidence are "confidential" and exposing it might only end up to more conflict. But then again, since Kratz brings up the "secret evidence", there is a high possibility that the showrunner and creator might include it in season 2 to clarify the doubts of the viewers to balance the truth on what the prosecutor just revealed.

On the other hand, speaking of Kratz, the latter has released his book titled "What 'Making a Murderer' Gets Wrong". According to reports from Green Bay Press-Gazette, Kratz writes his side of story in the book

As for the other details, "Making a Murderer" part 2 will return this year. Since preparations for the series are seriously done, more evidence is set to be revealed, more angles will be explored. The most accurate possible release of the murder documentary, based on its previous premiere, is in November or December.
