AMD seems to be determined enough to strike back to NVIDIA when it comes to GPU battle. This coming GDC, AMD is reportedly releasing a preview on its newest Radeon Vega chips that could propel the games industry forward. See full details here!

AMD and NVIDIA Battle in GDC 2017

Game Developer's Conference 2017 is not only the avenue for new games but also the place for PC enthusiasts to witness the newest GPUs exclusively for gaming. AMD and NVIDIA are the two major chipsets manufacturer in the world that confirms both their attendance for the upcoming event.

AMD Radeon Vega is the one of the most anticipated graphic chipsets of today aside from NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti. According to PC World, the two GPUs are likely to be heading towards a battle most especially when they will be both presented during the event on the same date, Feb. 28.

In relative to that, AMD is going to have its Capsaicin event again which was first debuted in March 2016. Aside from the Radeon Vega Chips, the company is expected to unveil its Ryzen CPU which others speculate the "Cream" in Capsaicin and Cream.

Rumors about the integration of Radeon Vega into Ryzen are also surfacing the internet. If this is proven true, then AMD could be the key to propelling the games industry forward through an advanced optimization and new VR technologies which will be presented during the event.

AMD Radeon Vega 10 and Vega 11 Specs Preview

Radeon Vega 10 and Vega 11 are both classified under RX 500 series but it's only the latter's specs have been revealed by WCCF Tech. Accordingly, Radeon Vega 11 is built with 14nm processor node, 4096 stream processors, 12.5 TFLOPS for the performance, has 8GB HBM2 memory, 2048-bit memory bus, and has a bandwidth of 512GBps. When it comes to pricing, Radeon Vega 10 will cost not less than $699 and the top-tier Vega 11 has a price tag of $300.
