"The 100" season 4 episode 3 promo teases an increasing problem and tension among the survivors. It was revealed in the trailer that people experiences an acute radiation sickness and the people in the community have only two months of survivability. And worst, Clarke and the other survivors are running out of time to save their lives.

As for the other details, The CW (via Spoilers Guide) has released the official synopsis for "The 100" season 4 episode 3 entitled "The Four Horsemen": "Jaha leads Clarke and Bellamy down a road to possible salvation while tension rise in Arcadia and Polis."

"The Four Horsemen" is written by Heidi Cole McAdams and directed by P.J. Pesce.

On a different note, The CW has also released the titles for the remaining "The 100" season 4 episodes. Part 5 is entitled as "Aftermath Sadness", part 6 is "Roots", part 11 is "The Other Side", and part 13 is "Praimfaya".

"The 100" season 4 episode 3 airs on Feb. 15.
