It's been almost five years when smartwatches are first introduced to the public but none of them has been considered by users a must-have. However this might be changed this time because Android Wear 2.0-powered smartwatches are likely to be considered as "wrist computers" and expectedly make Apple Watch and Samsung Gear users realize the need to switch!

LG Smartwatches Review

Watch Sport and Watch Style are two of the most anticipated addition to the growing family of LG smartwatches that are powered by Google. This time, Android Wear 2.0 has flaunt the capabiities of the two wearables that could almosy humiliate Apple Watch and Samsung Gear.

To start with, LG Watch Sport is an uncomfortable wearable with big and sharp display and is equipped with features such as NFC for Android Pay, LTE connections, GPS, speaker phone for calls and heart rate monitoring. According to The Verge, since the smartwatch is intended for the sporty people such as athletes, it is not the type of a wearable that can be wear with a casual dress because of its bigger size.

On the other hand, LG Watch Style is the smartwatch for everyday use but it lacks the features from the Sport. However, the watch is said to be more comfortable and elegant to wear because of its physical appearance that resembles the Huawei and Motorola smartwatches from three years ago.

Android Wear 2.0 is an Evidence that Google is Slowly Getting Better

After the Android 7.0 Nougat, Google has never stop being better when they released another version of smartwatch operating system. According to CNET, Android Wear 2.0 is a work in progress that it never beats the performance of Watch OS 3 for Apple Watch or Samsung Gear S2 and S3 for that matter.

Nevertheless, Android Wear 2.0 adds more interesting apps and is considered to be better than the previous version. In fact, Google is said to rollout the wearable OS to several watches aside from LG's new ones.
