A new extended trailer for "Transformers: The Last Knight" recently came out, after a 30-second version was shared earlier this week. Here's what Paramount Pictures included in the longer cut.

Per NME, Michael Bay is back as "Transformers: The Last Knight", which is also the fifth in the franchise. According to the official synopsis, the film will crack the central myths of the Transformers franchise and redefine what it signifies to be a hero.

Per Forbes, this title, like "The Fate of the Furious" can be comparable to the plot of having the main hero as a villain. "Transformers: The Last Knight" trailers, TV spots, and posters distinctly show Optimus Prime as a bad guy - or at least some kind of some threat to Mark Wahlberg and the other heroes. Looking into how the character has become more violent and unstable as the films went on, almost as if Prime were suffering from PTSD from former adventures.

Last year, shooting sparked some disapproval after production transformed Blenheim Palace into a Nazi base. "Transformers: The Last Knight" was partly shot on the grounds of the Oxfordshire country house, which was also birthplace and residence of former Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill.

Production allegedly turned the Palace as the venue for a Nazi base in the new film. Sources said extras dressed as SS troopers were spotted on set, while it is believed that Blenheim will actually serve as Adolf Hitler's headquarters in the film.

Excited for this installment? Not only does "Transformers: The Last Knight" see Mark Wahlberg's return as Cade Yeager, the new title will have Sir Anthony Hopkins as English Lord and Laura Haddock as an Oxford professor.

"Transformers: The Last Knight" comes to theaters in June 23, 2017.
