Leak after leak of Galaxy S8 have shown up ahead of its launch and here's what to learn from all of the reports so far.

Fingerprint sensor on the back

Samsung apparently decides to place its fingerprint sensor on the back, below the camera module, according to Ubergizmo. For those who have been familiar in using Galaxy S7 and want to upgrade to Galaxy S8, they may need to adapt with the new biometric system's placement.

However, there will be smart digital assistant, Bixby, reportedly getting a dedicated button. This should add more value to the smartphone and probably make us ignore the fact that the fingerprint sensor is moved to the back.

Exynos vs Snapdragon processor

A few sources claim that Samsung will continue to use Snapdragon and Exynos with the distribution depending on the region. Thus, there will be two Galaxy S8 variants, one will be powered by Snapdragon 835 while the other will sport Exynos 8895.

As a reminder, China and US consumers get the Snapdragon-powered Galaxy S7 whilst faithful in UK get the Exynos chipset. Trusted Reviews has learned from Samsung that both chip perform excellently albeit there's a 'minimal difference'; but a slight difference still means one is better than the other.

4 GB RAM

Many tech geeks hope that Galaxy S8 will pack 6 GB of RAM although reports hint at 4 gigs instead. However, this may not be a huge issue since other better things are coming to Galaxy S8. Those things include immersive OLED display for its 5.2-inch screen and a massive 128 GB internal storage.

3,520 mAh battery

The fans are still worried if Samsung would make the same mistake as it was with Galaxy Note 7. However, that wouldn't be the case with Galaxy S8 and Note 8 as the company has taken steps to ensure the battery safety for its upcoming flagships but the crowds expect a much bigger capacity to meet the heavy usage and VR demands.

Samsung Galaxy S8 won't appear at MWC 2017

It's been confirmed by the South Korean tech that no Galaxy S8 is shown at the Mobile World Congress event. Instead, Samsung will reportedly schedule Galaxy S8 launch on March 29
