So, after the successful Women's March, now the scientists are planning for another march that they call Science March. The latest orders of the Trump administration, that will likely affect the scientists, are being questioned.

Few of the new orders of the president are aimed mainly at the scientists. The policies aim to keep the public uninformed of any developments on a tax-funded research along with the threat of the climate change. After the policies were announced, a call for another March began trending online, hence the planning and preparation started, Gizmodo reported.

The March for Science is not just prepared for the scientists as everyone will be affected by the new policy. The organizers noted that the March is non-partisan and that they want it to be as diverse as possible, but more importantly, scientists and believers of the empirical science are encouraged to join the March, according to The Verge. At the March, the discussion on the best approach to the new policies is expected - that is why diversity is needed.

Even without the call for diversity, many people have already responded positively over the planned March for Science. People from different walks of life including parents have agreed to join the March as they believe that their children need to be educated on what is happening. Many people believe that this is the best time to educate everyone on any advances and developments on science-based studies and, more importantly, about any update on climate change.

The new policy is a result of not having enough people who have a background in science, as pointed out by a chemist Shaughnessy Naughton. So now, the scientists are planning to run for office and are thinking of better ways to change the policy and Naughton are ready to lend a hand in order for them to succeed.
