Blowfish Studios' tower defense game "Siegecraft Commander" is now available on HTC Vive, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Reviews claim that this new game will satisfy the craving of players who love real time strategy/ tower defense games.  Will it?

Blowfish Studios is an indie game developer based in Sydney, Australia. The company recently rolled out its new "Siegecraft Commander" for Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4. It will soon release the hybrid tower defense game on NVIDIA Shield 2, Oculus Rift, and PlayStation VR, Gamasutra reported. The game is priced at $19.99 and is available on Steam, Xbox Store, PlayStation Store, and the Humble Store. 

"Siegecraft Commander" Review

"Siegecraft Commander" feature things that fans of Real Time Strategy tower defense hybrid game fans want, Newark Advertiser reported. This tower defense game lets players link their towers to their Keep, which is their base. Players will build catapult to fortify their bases and destroy other enemy bases as they expand their garrison and armory.

Players can fire boombah pots and TNT to destroy enemy towers and also choose to play the pre-defined campaign mode with eight levels. They can also choose to play multiplayer mode with their friends online. Players can also try the turn-based mode, which gives each player enough time per interval to move. 

Some campaign levels may be completed in 10 to 15 minutes, but multiplayer games can go up to an hour to play, especially that in the long run players will have to calculate their towers as they close in on enemy base. Multiplayer online games give additional rewards for players to improve their commander.

Players can choose from four commanders coming from the Tribe of Hurtrad and the Knights of Freemoi. These factions have their own unique colors, skills, and tower names. These towers and characters are designed to look cartoonish.
