It is tough to name all the Marvel characters appearing in "The Avengers: Infinity War" since almost all of them will be in it. Actress Karen Gillan made things easier by confirming in an interview that her character, Nebula will be appearing in the movie. The film will be the first time the Guardians will collide with the Avengers.

According to BBC, Nebula is the adopted daughter of Thanos and that makes her the sister to Gamora. She was last seen in the first Guardians of the Galaxy. She also made a brief cameo in the teaser of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" and with all the Guardians of the Galaxy slated to appear in "The Avengers: Infinity War", she will as well. 

According to The Independent, "The Avengers: Infinity War" directors described the movie as the culmination of everything that has happened so far in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This means it will take into account everything that was shown in the movies.

Before "The Avengers: Infinity War", Karen Gillan will next be seen in theaters alongside The Rock and Kevin Hart in the sequel to Jumanji. She will be playing the female lead, Ruby Roundhouse. Jumanji 2 is scheduled to open in theaters on December 27, 2017.

"The Avengers: Infinity War" stars Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man, Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as The Mighty Thor, Chris Pratt as Star-Lord and Tom Holland as The Amazing Spider-Man. The plot of the movie has been kept under wraps but it is expected to involve Thanos using the Infinity Gauntlet to take over the world and it is up to our heroes to stop him. The movie is directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo
