NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti is Reportedly Present in CES 2017

The most awaited and most controversial GTX 1080 Ti of NVIDIA was reportedly seen in CES even in Las Vegas but not under the booth of its maker but with Gigabyte's. According to KitGuru, Gigabyte has showcased a mysterious and new Aorus-based graphic cards during the event thus, lead to the speculation that is indeed the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti that's hiding from the plain sight.

Furthermore, the video from Hardware Canucks featuring Gigabyte newest Aorus-based GPUs has revealed the card's beefy heatsink and two 8-pin PCIe connectors. There are also three ports seen from its I/O such as the HDMI port (one), DVI port (one) and Display Port (three), however, two additional HDMI ports located in the front end of the card signifies virtual reality (VR) compatibility.

In addition, the video has also awaken the excitement of the fans most especially when it mentions about the actual graphics core that's highly confidential but they spit out NVIDIA anyway. The Gigabyte Aorus-based GPU is expected to be positioned under the premium high-end brand that is expected to fit in the target industry which is the gaming.

Gigabyte GTX 1080 Ti Release Date and Price

The next-gen GPU of Gigabyte will reportedly undergo testing in the spring of 2017. For this reason, the rumors about its unveiling date in PAX Event in March is likely to be true but NVIDIA has been tight-lipped about the next high-end GPU card, according to Segment Next. Meanwhile, NVIDIA is deemed as satisfied with GeForce GTX 1080 and Pascal X Titan when it comes to efficiency, performance and of course income generation.
