"Dishonored 2" allows gamers to adjust the difficulty of the game including the uber-difficult Iron Mode setting where gamers won't be able to manually save the game. This is not just any type of option where you can adjust the difficulty of a game as it can also allow you to raise the amount of enemies that attack you after you've been spotted.

According to Cinema Blend, these Custom Difficulty settings let you adjust everything including how quickly Sleep Darts take into effect. However, raising the amount of enemies that can attack you at the same time can cause loaded memory and "Dishonored 2" does not have a big resource allocation. Because of that, there is a chance it can hurt the overall quality of the game.

In fact, Bethesda's other games like "Elder Scrolls" and "Fallout" suffered from freezing and black screens when the memory allocation tables were pushed beyond the limit. The good news is it is unlikely Arkane would throw in an update that features Custom Difficulty setting for "Dishonored 2" without taking the necessary precautions to make sure the game still functions correctly from start until the end.

According to Game Spot, lead designer Dinga Bakaba exclaims that gamers will end up having to live with how they adjust the custom difficulty settings as they can die if they made it too hard. Another ability Update 2 adds to the game is the ability to choose a specific mission to replay. This includes all the progress you made since the mission started including your money, character runes and more will still be there.

Update 2 for "Dishonored 2" will launch on PC through Steam in beat form on Jan. 18. The downloadable version will be available on Jan. 23 for PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4.
