Everyone is hankering whether HTC will finally reveal its speculated new flagship device that is HTC 11. Fans have long been waiting for HTC's revelation of its flagship device especially that is reported that HTC 11 will be packed with jaw-dropping specs and features.

Traditionally HTC often launched its devices in March and with that pattern fans are now speculating that HTC 11 might be revealed within that month. It can be recalled that its predecessor HTC 10 did not impress so much the tech industry as it lacks the standout features of some rivals, PC Advisor reported.

HTC is known to produce high-end phones and HTC 11 is never an exemption, in fact everyone in the tech industry is expecting significant hardware and software upgrades for HTC's 2017 flagship. Latest leaks from China's Weibo microblogging platform suggests that HTC 11 is packed with an 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, Quick Charge 4.0, 12-megapixel dual primary camera, 8-megapixel selfie camera and a 3,700mAh battery.

It can be recalled that in October last year, prolific tipster Evan Blass had claimed in a tweet that an upcoming handset called HTC Ocean is real and alive. It is still a mystery until now whether the long awaited and rumored HTC Ocean is the HTC 11 that will be appearing very soon, Trusted Reviews reported.

HTC Ocean is said to include a feature called Sense Touch that allowed users to perform functions by swiping or tapping the edge. Leaks on Weibo for HTC 11 include a 5.5 inch display with a fairly standard QHD resolution that is 1,440 x 2,560 pixels. It is the same with HTC 10 but they differ in display sizes since the phone had a smaller 5.2 inch display.

Sources added with some degree of certainty that HTC 11 will have Snapdragon 835 system-on-a-chip as Qualcomm's newest and most powerful smartphone chip is expected to power a raft of smartphones this year. With this SoC, HTC 11 users should expect better power efficiency and a decrease of charging time by 20 percent because it also features Qualcomm's new Quick Charge 4.0 technology.

Aside from running Android 7.0 Nougat, it also features split-screen apps, support for Vulkan graphics API, and seamless system updates. HTC 11, indeed is the phone to watch out for this year, as it is a jaw-dropping high-end phone packed with specs and features that will definitely blow someone away.
