Dell has recently announced its improved Dell XPS 15 for 2017 during the Consumer Electronics Show and it's good for it's patrons. The Dell XPS 15 is already impressive but the company has decided to listen to its customers rather doing what they want.

Although the overall performance of the Dell XPS 15 was as good as its competitors, there are still some issues that their customers raised -- like battery life and speed. This time, Dell made sure that consumers will appreciate the new enhancement on the device.

The specs of the new XPS 15 varies and consumers will get to choose what type they. However, all types of the model laptop sports a 15.6-inch Full HD screen with touch screen capability that is optional.

Last year's XPS 15 ran an Intel Skylake CPU, but the 2017 version will have the latest 7th Gen Intel Kaby Lake processor to solve heating problems. This change in processor will ensure that the laptop can perform its full potential. What's more interesting is that Dell incorporated the latest Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 GPU for more graphics improvement, Digital Trends reported.

Simply put, Dell has just made a powerful laptop for a mid-sized machine.

However, the Intel Kaby Lake CPU varies and has three options: the dual-core Core i3-7100H, Quad-core Core i5-7300HQ and the Core i7-7700HQ. There is need not worry about the performance messing up on the battery life because the Intel Kaby Lake processors will take care of it with an increased battery life of up to 97 watt-hours, PC World reported.

Dell also made the XPS 15 work with most professionals as it upgraded the new 32GB of RAM. The new XPS 15 also has an upgraded 1535 Wi-Fi chipset for better connection. The device includes wired ports such as HDMI, two 3.0 USB ports, a USB Type-C port and SD card reader. As for the storage options, users can opt to use the traditional 500MB of hybrid drive or a 1TB hard drive that is paired with the M.2 drive with the use of the Intel Smart Response Technology caching. Users can also choose to go on a straight M.2 PCle SSD with 256GB, 512GB or 1 TB capacity.
