The Xbox Project Scorpio of Microsoft is very anticipated for game enthusiasts and console fans. But, despite the tech company calling the gaming system as the beast, tech critics are wondering what is the difference between this upcoming console and the Xbox One.

Microsoft's Xbox Project Scorpio was unveiled by the Redmond, Washington based tech giant during E3 2016. Microsoft promised that the upcoming gaming console will have 6 TFLOPs of graphical computing performance, as well as a 4K HDR gameplay.

Besides these facts, the tech monster did not share more details about the upcoming gaming console. Nonetheless, rumors and speculations about Microsoft's Xbox Project Scorpio spread throughout the internet.

The upcoming gaming console is said to be built for Virtual Reality. The tech company is now working with Oculus on the gaming system, and Microsoft clears it out that they really take the VR integration very seriously. Xbox Scorpio won't just be a console capable of playing video games in VR, but the gaming system will be built for virtual reality technology, according to Alphr.

Nevertheless, the upcoming Xbox Project Scorpio is said to be better compared to its competitors. It is stated as fact that this upcoming gaming system is faster and powerful than the PlayStation 4 Pro.

On the other hand, according to a photo taken by someone on NeoGAF at AMD's CES booth, it appears that the Xbox Project Scorpio may be using the truly impressive Vega architecture that AMD just launched for their CPUs, which includes the fresh Ryzen. If this turns out to be true, Microsoft's Xbox Scorpio will literally have one of the latest, most advanced CPU chipsets, Segmentext reported.

In spite of that, even though Xbox Scorpio will be having the AMD Vega/Ryzen CPU, the gaming system's sales mainly depend on what sorts of video games the console is going to offer.
