"Steven Universe" Season 4 new episodes have been uploaded by the Cartoon Network last Jan, 2. Consequently, enterprising viewers redistributed the episodes, which bother fans how it would impact the show. Many fans are upset about the possible spoilers, low ratings since fewer people will watch the official airing and the possibility of the show's non-renewal.

"Steven Universe" Season 4 is set to air on Jan. 30 with all five new episodes shown in a week's time. However, the Cartoon Network has made the episode available for streaming with a cable login. Naturally, once uploaded the new episodes can be easily leaked and redistributed online, making the debut of season 4 almost a month early.

It has been a tradition of Cartoon Network to release clips of new shows hours before the actual airing in order to keep interest high, but full episodes have also been leaked in the past. For instance, the "In Too Deep" episode featuring the fight sequence of the Alexandrite versus the Malachite was leaked on CN U.K., while the "Steven Floats" was already aired by CN France a month before it reached the U.S., The Geekiary has learned.

Now, fans are anxious about the leaked episode of "Steven Universe" Season 4 because of the possible spoilers that will ruin the anticipation that have been building since the last episode's airing early in December. Moreover, fans are worried that the ratings of the show will be greatly affected and could even lead to the show's cancellation.

In the past, the sporadic airing of "Steven Universe" Season 4 was reportely due to poor ratings that the later episodes of the show garnered. Showrunner Rebecca Sugar decided to sit out the holiday buzz and opt for a late January airing of the new episodes according to Vinereport.

For those fearing spoilers, the "Steven Universe" Season 4 can still be glimpsed via short clips and sneak peeks. The first Steven Bomb of 2017 may finally explain the hierarchy of the Homeworld Gems including the mysterious persona of Blue Diamond.

There will be a new featured song, albeit a short one, from Yellow Diamond to cheer up Blue Diamond's grief over the demise of Pink Diamond. Also, Steven and the Crystal Gems will once again share an adventure saving Greg from Blue Diamond's zoo, Epicstream reported,

The first five episodes of "Steven Universe" Season 4 include "Steven's Dream" and "Adventures in Light Distortion," both airing on Jan. 30 while "Gem Heist" on Jan. 31, "The Zoo" on Feb. 1 and "That Will Be All" in Feb. 2. Fans of the show, despite watching the leaked episodes, have expressed their intention to watch the show to keep ratings high.
