Square Enix has not officially announced the official launch date of "Kingdom Hearts III." Nevertheless, the latest details for the upcoming action role-playing game will feature a new look for Riku and King Mickey. Moreover, as 2017 marks the 15th anniversary of the video game series, the game developer appears to be gearing up to give video gamers some neat surprises soon.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" game director Tetsuya Nomura teased that the video game's characters Riku and King Mickey will have a new outfit. Game director Nomura stated that Riku's new look in "Kingdom Hearts 3" has been completed, KH 13 reported.

Both King Mickey and Riku will play a huge role in the events of the upcoming action RPG. Sora, Goofy and Donald will travel to new Disney Worlds to locate the Seven Guardians of Light. While King Mickey and Riku are tasked in "Kingdom Hearts 3" to find a battle-scarred Keyblade wielder, who will help the characters in the Keyblade War against Master Xehanort and his Organization XIII.

Nevertheless, there were trial and errors about the Situation Command of "Kingdom Hearts 3." Situation Commands are an evolution of the prequel's Reaction Commands and would play an essential part in the upcoming RPG, according to Game Zone.

Square Enix teased the upcoming video game will introduce new Disney worlds that have not been added in the game. The confirmed worlds in "Kingdom Hearts 3" include "Big Hero 6," "Hercules" and "Tangled." While other worlds such as "Brave," "Frozen," "Wreck-it Ralph," "Toy Story" and "The Jungle Book" are rumored to be added in the video game.

As the recent focus of Square Enix is to bring previously console exclusive games to the PC, rumor has it that "Kingdom Hearts 3" could be ported to the PC. In addition, the upcoming video game is slated to be released in 2017 for the Xbox One and PS4.
