Nokia is coming back bringing along rumors about its high-end smartphones that will be showcased this year. Leaked images are floating online about allegedly sketches of the Nokia D1 and Nokia E1, which will be unveiled in the first quarter of 2017.

Both designed sketches are similarly the same with identical backs and multitasking buttons located on either side of the home button, however, a closer look reveals differences specifically on the placement of home buttons, Tech Smart  reported. Reports also claimed that the differences in home buttons could signify that Nokia D1 may come with a fingerprint scanner function. There is no confirmation yet on whether the home buttons can be physically pressed by users.

Different features between the two smartphones include Nokia D1's body features that have a little bit more curves at its side compared to E1. Both phones also differ when it comes to the positioning of its front LED flash. With these two new Nokia-branded phones, tech writers speculate that it would possibly come with different size and weight as well, Soft Pedia reported.

Sources reported that the leaked designed sketches also presented a device sporting 5-inch and 5.5-inch variants with 1020p display. With the leaked image come speculations of Nokia P flagship Android smartphones to be powered by Qualcomm 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 430 processor with 3GB of RAM, 13MP or 16 MP rear camera, and 8MP FFC.

Tech writers are positive that it could have these specs as Nokia Z2 Plus was also sporting Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and 4GB of RAM. While fans speculate that the phones will indeed run on Android, it is still unclear whether there will be a Windows 10 Mobile variant or not, Windows Latest has learned. The source added that it can further be assumed that that it will follow the iconic design language of Nokia Lumia series.
