Netflix has definitely ordered the third season of "Narcos", an American crime web television series because it will air by August or September 2017. With that time range, followers and fans could not help but speculate of what "Narcos" Season 3 has instored for them.

Much to the fans delight, Netflix has confirmed that "Narcos" will still run not for one but two more seasons, iTechpost reported. Aside from the good news, fans will also be welcoming Actor Boyd Holbrook who will be returning on the show as Steve Murphy.

The source disclosed that Holbrook's comeback might be a recast back on the show, but that still needs to be seen and confirmed because the actor still has commitment to the upcoming sci-film "The Predator." It can be recalled that Murphy who has served Pablo Escobar, portrayed by Wagner Moura in the Columbian drug trade went back to the U.S. after the latter died in the first season.

Meanwhile, "Narcos" Season 3 is in for a new drug lord in the person of Helmer "Pacho" Herrera filling "Narco's" Escobar-sized hole as the next big bad, eonline reported, especially that the final moments of season two pointed in the Cali Cartel's direction as teased in the show's latest trailer. Reports added that speculations blossomed that Cali Cartel might be the show's primary villain for Season 3 since Gilberto Orejuela leads Cali Cartel alongside his brothers Miguel Orejuela and Pacho Herrera.

 Aside from Moura killed off in the finale, some are speculating that the series might loss another regular since Pedro Pascal's Peña went back in the U.S. and was recruited by the Drug Enforcement Agency for a new operation. It is worth noting that "Narcos" is critically acclaimed for presenting the rise and fall of Pablo Escobar and the war on drugs.
