The Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) update reveals what is known so far about the key specs and features of the mid-range phone, starting from a benchmarking hint in August to various render, leaks and even a review on video. Now the newest leak comes from an Arab source that indicates a curved screen for A5 (2017), a feature that is only available for the highest-end Samsung devices.

A new leak from an Arab source reveals that the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) may have a 2.5D finish, which strongly suggests a small curvature at the edge of the glass, similar to what is seen in the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. There is also a rumor that a full-on double curved panel may be featured in the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), but this remains unconfirmed and not backup by any solid evidence.

As of now, Samsung is the only one to offer a wraparound display and this high-end feature may soon be seen in a lower-end phone like the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017). Other key specs and features that have been revealed thus far are listed below.
