After it was announced in October this year that filming for "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" has been put on hold following Kim Kardashian West's robbery incident in Paris, it appears that the show has resumed filming and starting with Kanye West's hospitalization.

Several members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan have filmed scenes discussing Kanye West's hospitalization, which will be aired on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Season 13. However, a sourced told ET that West himself has not filmed for the show because he was admitted to the UCLA Medical Center on Nov. 21 and that "KUWTK" cameras were not inside hospital premises.

The source said that the producers of "KUWTK" are being cautious about how they would present West's hospitalization in the next episode of the show. It remains unclear, however, whether the footage of the family members discussing his hospitalization will be included in the broadcast.

West spent nine days in the hospital after suffering from "sleep deprivation and exhaustion" which led to his breakdown at a recent concert.

Meanwhile, there are rumors of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian divorcing due to recent incidents. Reports spiraled of the Kardashian planning to file divorce papers against West following his breakdown.

A source, however, shut down the rumors by saying that the couple are going strong despite the tough times. "Kanye is going to be fine. And he and Kim are strong," the source told E! News. The source added that just because the couple hasn't been spotted in public together doesn't mean that their marriage is falling apart.

Further reports suggested that West is living separately from his wife and two children. It is also said that the rapper's behavior took a toll on his marriage with the reality star.

Jonathan Cheban, a best friend of Kardashian, also denied Kanye West and Kim Kardashian divorce rumors. He said that he has spoken to the couple and is assured that they are not planning to separate. What is certain, however, is that West and Kardashian are staying out of the spotlight to focus on the rapper's recovery.
