"Halo 5: Guardians" developer 343 Industries has recently released a teaser video that shows its plans for the first-shooter game. The video was shared on the game's Twitter account, showing a quick video that included jumbled images of a handheld weapon, other weaponry, and a gaming location.

Based on that shared video on Twitter, the "Halo 5: Guardians" weapon teased appears to be some kind of short firearm, but powerful enough, able to take out small enemy units. The shared video also hinted a valley-like location which said to be 343 Industries' upcoming new maps.

Apart from new weaponry, the developer did not disclose other details for its upcoming contents. However, a recent story posted on gaming site Game Rant indicated that future update may be geared towards introducing new features and improvements in "Halo 5: Guardians."

In this week's Halo Waypoint community update, the company made an official announcement that the next wave of in-game content is coming out very soon. According to GameSpot, one big highlight of the upcoming DLC update is the "Voices of War" REQ pack, which brings three new multiplayer announcers to the game for Arena, Warzone, and Warzone Firefight. The three announcers are the Spartan character Buck, 031 Exuberant Witness and last, Yabda The Merciless.

This REQ pack will costs users around $10, and cannot be unlocked with Req points. Players get all of these three voice announcers by purchasing the entire "Voice of War" REQ pack. The developer didn't make any comment if voice announcers can be sold individually.

Finally, 343 has also teased that the new Halo 5 DLC will hit the gaming world this coming week. But according to GameSpot, the developer is aiming for a Dec.6 release date.

"Halo 5: Guardians" is a first-person shooter game developed by 343 Industries for the Xbox One and PS4 gaming consoles.
