After a successful season one and two, fans can't wait to learn what "Daredevil" season 3 has in store. There are theories online that the new season will focus on revelations behind The Hand or Wilson Fisk's fate in prison. There is a wilder theory of a possible darker shift through an adaptation of "Shadowland," a comic book series that shows a darker version of Daredevil.

There are no official reports about "Daredevil" Season 3 yet. But based on Season 2's ending, some predictions can be done. The Hand may have been stopped in season 2, but there is still no revelations on their ultimate goal, Cinema Blend reported. Wilson Fisk is still in prison, but has managed to become the kingpin in that world. Soon enough, he will be out of jail to get his revenge. 

 Charlie Cox Wants Bullseye

"Daredevil" has featured enemies and characters like The Kingpin, Punisher, The Hand, and Elektra. But it has never shown one of Daredevil's major arch enemies, Bullseye.

Charlie Cox, who plays Matt Murdock a.k.a. Daredevil, has been fighting for a long time to bring classic antagonist Bullseye to the series, Slash Film reported.

However, having Bullseye in the series would mean the death of Karen Page and Elektra, which makes actress Elodie Yung and Deborah Ann Woll hesitant with the idea of having the antagonist in the show.

Shadowland Adaptaion Happening?

With The Hand's real plans yet to be discovered, this plot could lead to the storyline based on the popular comic book "Shadowland." This is possible, since The Hand plays a big role in that comic book series.

That comic book was released in 2010 created by Andy Diggle. It tells of a story where Matt Murdock is possessed by a formidable enemy, called The Beast.

This plotline brings in street-level heroes such as Luke Cage, Punisher, Iron Fist, and Spiderman. It even later on caught the interest of The Avengers. Shadowland shows a darker version of Daredevil, which is what season 2 is building up for.

Meanwhile, there are still no confirmed reports on when "Daredevil" season 3 will air, but Netflix has officially renewed the TV series at Comic-Con in July.
