Japanese anime series "Attack on Titan" has been successful in its first season. The Japanese manga series has been highly anticipated for the follow-up and rumors about an "Attack on Titan: Season 2" are already hitting the web. But what exactly can people expect from it?

"Attack on Titan: Season 2" has been one of the most searched and talked about keywords in the past few months. With the rumored 2017 release date along with the unsolved mysteries of the series' Season 1, fans can only speculate how the Season 2 will likely look like.

In Season 1, we saw some actions and characters, but the series didn't provide any explanation how the people survived within the walls and how the walls came to be. It remains a mystery that needs some very good explanations.

Fortunately, the people at the Comicbook have some great idea about what to expect in the upcoming "Attack on Titan: Season 2." According to Comicbook, Season 2 will tackle wall Maria more, the strategy how to protect them and the endless struggle with the titans. They offer some good ideas about how the story will run and Comicbook speculates that Eren (Yuki Kaji) will not get to meet his half-brother Zeke. They also added that the whole story surrounding the meeting between the brothers will continue up to Season 3.

Additionally, Gack Hollywood has some additional information on what to expect from the upcoming Season 2. In the "Attack on Titan" Season 1, we saw Hange Zoë (Romi Pak) worshipping the walls, and that action has remained a mystery until now. However, Gack Hollywood has some good explanation for this and why they are doing it.

According to the Hollywood guys, the answer to that mystery will be revealed in the beginning of Season 2. During a fight with the Beast Titan and the Colossus Titan, Armin (played by Marina Inoue) will be hurt and Levi will come to save him with a serum.

In addition, there's also some speculation that Mikasa (played by Yui Ishikawa) will have a titan transformation too.

"Attack on Titan" is a Japanese dark fantasy manga series that is written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama. The series is set in a post-apocalyptic world where mankind lives in cities surrounded by enormous walls, which defend them against the Titans, a group of gigantic creatures that a strong desire for human flesh.

The story focuses around Eren Yeager, childhood friend Armin Arlert, and adopted sister Mikasa Ackerman. The three joined the military to fight the Titans after their home is invaded. However, the truths about the Titans are slowly revealed at the end of the story.

"Attack on Titan: Season 2" is expected to hit the market in April 2017.
