There may be chance that she will survive the accident and come back for season 7B. There are many unanswered questions that the previous season left hanging like who is Spencer's real father, how did she become the second child of Mary Drake, and why is she with the Hastings as reported in refinery29.

There is also a rumor that Ezra (Ian Harding) and Aria (Lucy Hale) may be working for A all along. Incidentally, the couple may also have a wedding in the coming season, one of many as rumored.
