Berserk fans are in for a ride after a brand new DLC arrived prior to the game's North American release. Reports reveal that, the new DLC is the third since "Berserk and the Band of the Hawk" released in Japan. The DLC is said to contain new merchandises for the game including scenarios, horses and brand new costumes for characters.

According to the Crunchy Roll, the North American release of "Berserk and the Band of the Hawk," also known in Japan as Berserk Musou is on February 21, 2017. That being said, fans in Japan are already enjoying the third DLC and the US has yet to wait another four months to finally get the game.

"Berserk Musou" follows the story of its original manga series wherein, the storyline started swiftly on the Golden Age arc and ended in the Hawk of the Millennium Empire Arc. "Berserk and the Band of the Hawk" was first introduced in June prior to the celebration of the E3 2016.

On June 20, the game was confirmed for release in Japan on the 21st of September with a promise of a CERO D rating; avoiding the CERO Z wherein, the game may possibly face an adult content in the American ESRB. The following month, Koei Tecmo announced that the western release of "Berserk and the Band of the Hawk" will be available during the fall. It was later announced that the release date was moved to February 2017.

According to the DualShockers, both releases of the "Berserk and the Band of the Hawk" in the regions have a special offer. In Japan, the first-print copies of the game include a bathing outfit for Casca and codes for DLC costumes in the North American region when they pre order the game online.

Berserk Musou is available on the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita in Japan and the Microsoft Windows in its North American players.
