Capcom intends to make more money on "Resident Evil: Biohazard" on its release date come January 2017. Capcom expects to sell over four million copies of the zombie game that started the zombie fever and caught the world on fire.

Capcom said they intend to double Biohazard sales than the two million copies they produced for "Dead Rising 4," PlayStation Lifestyle reported. The report said four million copies will be released to the public and the multi-million franchise creating Japanese company intends to sell all of it before the end of March 2017.

The plot of the game will pick up years after where "Resident Evil 6" left off. This installment will follow the character of Ethan and will open a door of horror that will take players in a mysterious plantation in Louisiana. Players will help Ethan search for his missing wife and survive the battle against mutant creatures while being followed by the immortal members of the Baker family, PlayStation Universe reported.

Reports have it that the game will focus on escape, pursuit, and immersion promising its avid fans with more suspense as players will not have any super skills to defeat the enemies. They will be playing as normal people who have to run for their lives, hide, get trapped or get chased.

This year also marks the celebration of Resident Evil's 20th year. Capcom marks the occasion porting Resident Evil 4-6 to the latest high end generation systems of Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

The latest Resident Evil will be released on January 24, 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will also be available to play on PlayStation VR from start to finish. The bad news is it's only available to the PlayStation 4 for 12 months.

Will Capcom reach the 4 million mark on the date they intended? Only time can tell.
