It seems that actor Tom Holland is going to be really busy slinging around. Holland just confirmed that he's set to do six movies in total - three "Spider-Man" movies and three solo movies in the future.

According to IGN, the actor revealed that Marvel was willing to work around Holland's schedule, and they actually gave him the option as to when to shoot the other films. The actor added that the studio is really considerate and understands that he has other commitment as well. The actor said that he's lucky that Marvel is very respectful of his schedule and his life in general.

GQ reported that a lot is riding on Holland's version of "Spider-Man." Sources said that the franchise was mishandled by Sony and the original vision of Sam Raimi was not implemented. Holland's announcement that he's set to do more "Spider-Man" films is a clear indication that the people behind the film knows what they are doing. It takes skills and confidence to declare that future plans are on their way without seeing how the first film is going to perform.

Since Holland was introduced as the new "Spider-Man" in "Captain America: Civil War," he will probably be in "Avengers: Infinity War" as well. His performance in his "Captain America: Civil War" was fun, light and at some point innocent, so it would be nice to see him mature as a superhero.

Aside from that, this is also the first time where "Spider-Man" was given the chance to work with other superheroes that are stronger and more expert than him. Is it possible that Tony Stark will really become his mentor? Will Tony Stark be in "Spider-Man" movies as well? There are so many possibilities now that superheroes can "crossover" from one dimension to another.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" is set to hit theaters on July 17, 2017.
