During an event at the Toranomon Hills Forum in Tokyo, Microsoft Japan finally made known the Japanese release of the slimmed-down version of Xbox One S.

The slimmed-down Xbox One S will hit the retailers in Japan in limited quantities at the end of November 2016, particularly on Nov. 24. The Japanese release of Xbox One S comes substantially later compared to the Aug. 2 release in the United States.

Even so, the tech company might have targeted the Japanese Holiday shopping season, which starts in the month of December and normally ends in the first week of January. The price of the slimmed-down version of Xbox One S will be 34,980 yen or $332, plus taxes for the 1 terabyte Halo Collection SKU, according to Dual Shockers.

That being the case, Xbox Division Head Phil Spencer promised during an interview that the Xbox One S will be up for grabs in Japan by the end of 2016, and it appears that the Xbox Division Head has kept his word. Spencer also mentioned that the American tech giant is determined to improve the success of the platform in Japan.

On the other hand, Target's Black Friday advertisement just rolled out, and it comes along with some attractive discounts on Xbox One S, New Nintendo 3DS Super Mario Edition, PlayStation 4, as well as tablets, and televisions. The Target retail company, which is the second-largest discount retailer in the U.S., made it known in a press release that they will offer its lowest prices ever on some of the hottest products during the Black Friday weekend, BGR has learned.

With that, Xbox One S 500 gigabyte "Battlefield 1" bundle will be available for $249.99 plus $40 gift card, the bundle is usually $299.99. While the Legacy Edition of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" for PS4 and Xbox One will cost $59.99, which is usually $79.99, The Verge reported.
