Democratic nominee Hilary Clinton has been showing a clear lead over Republican Donald Trump by 15 percentage points among the early voters in the recent surveys according to the Reuters/ Ipsos States of the Nation project.

Even if the polls do not have all the complete data available showing the results from all of the states, Clinton is still on the lead in Ohio and Arizona, even in the Republican territories of Trump like Georgia and Texas.

In the remaining 11 days before the election, Trump plans to travel all over the country and concentrate his efforts on his campaign as he visits the states Florida, North Carolina, Nevada, Colorado, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and even Minnesota.

At this point, there is no assurance that he will win in these states although he is the favorite in Utah and Iowa because he still falls short of votes.

Overall, Clinton is winning majority of the votes in the Electoral College according to Reuters/Ipsos surveys. Her lead among the early voters is being compared to the lead enjoyed by President Barrack Obama over Republican Mitt Romney in the previous US election.

At present, Trump's path to being victorious in this upcoming elections seems unclear and if there would be any chance, his hope largely depends on winning in Ohio, North Carolina and Florida. But as of Thursday, the results are still not final in Ohio while Florida and North Carolina are still in favor of Clinton, according to the States of the Nation Results.

In order to strengthen his chances of winning, Trump has to win in the following states: Pennsylvania, Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, Colorado, Virginia, or perhaps New Mexico or Minnesota, although the only place he enjoyed a lead in was Nevada.
