Oftentimes, it is better not to know what's in store in the future or the consequences of certain action to prevent fear from sneaking in- that can sometimes discourage venturing in new avenues for progress.

A CNBC journalist who got asked many times by digital people for his career advice sums up this article. If he could go back into a young 22-year old who does not know much, then he would rather keep it that way, according to CNBC.

"Don't take it personally, it's just business" is often heard on the work front. What this really means is, it's not about you. It's all about people and building relationships - which is the only way to succeed.

Having said this, realization point to how often do we miss out on friend's invites because of work? When was the last time you had coffee with someone? How many people did you call just to say hello?

When we are younger, many things are uncertain but that's okay. It's not what we know that matters much - but how we go about things we do not know. The answers can only be found by merging with other people. Talking, listening and discussing opinions are very helpful in whatever we do.

Just like in "The Yao od Pooh" book by Benjamin Hoff, which uses Winnie-the-Pooh as a Taoism icon, a Taoist approach in building a career is very practical. Look into your talents deep within and see where you can go from there.

If difficulties arise, relax. Never go against unfavorable situation by fighting it. Instead, go around it like how Pooh behaves. Lesser conflicts allow you to go on smoothly.

The secret in life is to not lose the will to go on. Younger people know only a bit less than older people. No one can really know things all. Besides, it's not necessary. Real wisdom lies in having the patience to live by day by day.

Stress can happen as we try to do more each day. The best approach actually is already written in books or shown in films. Remember "Finding Nemo?" Dory certainly nailed it when she says; "just keep on swimming!" Other relevant quotes are also published by IMDB.
