The LG's new flagship phone, V20 is the company's way of bouncing back from the losses of the LG G5. The LG G5 has failed when tested with its modular battery, thus the sales for the unit went lower. LG V20 is now made available in the US after a month, since its release in South Korea.

To complete the launch, LG invited the press into its manufacturing site. LG introduced the V20 as a high-end phablet that is already packed with leveled-up multimedia features, a quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor as well as a smooth body texture. The V20 is an upgrade of the V10 model which was launched last year.

Young-su Choi, the Vice President of LG supervised the over-all development of the V20. He said that they are inevitably pressured about the V20, since the success of this model is somehow a turning point for their company in its internal and external aspects, according to Forbes.

The V20 has a fast-responding and accurate fingerprint sensor located on its back portion, the always-on second screen is located at its top portion, a main screen which is 5.7 inches, and a wide-angle camera lenses placed on both sides of the unit. This V20 model will be in close-competition with the Samsung Galaxy, iPhone, and Google Pixel, according to Android Pit.

The V20 is filled with impressive features that are designed for Korean users, such as a removable back cover to allow replacement of batteries. It is a common habit among Seoulites to swap batteries from time to time. The V20 has also a quad-DAC audio system which eliminates white noises for those who are fond of listening to audio tracks.

The menus for finding functions is designed just as how Asians preferred it to be, and its regional messengers are apps like LINE and Kakao Talk which has a layout that may look a little bit more different than the minimalist US-based applications.
