A document was spotted from Intel's website intended for system manufacturers like Apple Inc. The document has pitched in additional information about the new Kaby Lake processors which will be suitable for desktop computers, wherein, it could be used in the Cupertino based tech company's 2017 iMac or Mac Pro.

The document was first spotted by Anandtech and shows an 11 quad-core processors that are slated in the first quarter of next year. The lineup of processors includes a single Xeon E3 v6 chip, three Core i7 processors and seven Core i5 models.

The chips are said to be much faster compared to the Skylake Processors, the chips boasts a 200 MHz higher base frequency across processors likely to be used in the upcoming iMac. However, the turbo speeds and the thermal design profile are not known at the moment, even so, the thermal design power (TDP) isn't expected to change much, Apple Insider reported.

Anyway, as leading brands are competing in the market with VR capability, the Cupertino based tech monster may also make its iMacs VR compatible. Wherein, Apple enthusiasts can expect a decent VR experience as the Polaris 10 and 11 chipsets will be able to handle that.

The Polaris graphics chips, compared to many other chipsets, can provide better speeds and lower power consumption. Thus, the Apple iMac 2017 fits perfect for gamers, as a combination of Intel Kaby Lake processor and Polaris chipset could help in boosting up the resolution.

Be that as it may, it has been said that a 27in iMac with 32 gigabyte of RAM and a 2 terabyte Fusion Drive will be up for grabs for $3,199.99. The price of the Apple's latest iMac appears to be slightly higher compared to the current 27in iMac with the same 32 gigabyte of RAM and a 2 terabyte Fusion Drive, according to PC Advisor.
