Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, runs a very valuable organization capitalizing on technology which is now worth $645 billion. His recent successes include Apple Music launch that would soon make music compact disks obsolete, as featured by Business Insider.

The music-streaming service just fits into today's lifestyle with the massive computerization and the constant use of the internet. The iPhone needs no introduction and sooner or later, the market will be surprised with the Apple Car that is rumored to be nearing perfection.

Therefore Apple STEM Network is in the position to conduct an intense evaluation of processes to enhance resources and activities from K-12, higher education levels, government sectors, community organizations, and private partnerships in creating a robust method for STEM education and its potential career path.Apple STEM Network will lead the expansion of project-based opportunities for learning. It will then support STEM students with their career goals and placements. Educators will also be exposed to the Apple environment to get the picture of the STEM challenges ahead of them.

This is vital for them to know their role in propagating STEM work forces from the school to the region. Wenatchee Valley College continues to be the champion for the Apple STEM Network. Greater Wenatchee Area Tech Alliance (GWATA) will also help in spearheading the project. Jenny Rojanasthien, GWATA's Executive Director, will be co-director with Dr. Sue Kane, the planning director.

Dr. Sue Kane explains that with Apple STEM Network's cooperation, they will be able to share their resources for STEM advancement with the rest of the 10 affiliates in the region.
