Everybody must have heard the big news by now unless they live under a rock. The big news is, of course, Apple has just unveiled the new MacBook Pro and it's awesome. Aside from getting some aesthetic makeover, Apple has proven once again that it is ahead of the game. Plus, there is a couple of very cool features that make studying and working much easier.

The first feature that almost everyone has been raving about is the Touch Bar. In case you haven't seen the video ad for the new Mac, that's the new feature Apple has in the new MacBook Pro. It is located where the function keys (F1 to F12) used to be. Apple has ditched these keys and placed an OLED strip in place of those keys.

Aside from being aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the Touch Bar makes it much easier for you to manage whatever you're doing at the moment by just a single touch by giving you more distinct options. For example, if you're using Photoshop, it displays various tools you can use by touching that option. If you are surfing the web, you'll see navigation buttons and a search field. It saves a lot of time because you don't have to search through different options but everything is already given to you. It works with everything in your Mac, even with emojis.

But that's not the only thing you can do with the Touch Bar. It comes with a TouchID fingerprint reader which is placed where the power button is. That little button saves you time by removing the hassle of having to type all your personal and credit card information when you make payments. By touching that little button, you will enable ApplePay and make your payment automatically.

Another new feature you'll see in the new Mac is the USB Type-C port. How does this one single tweak make your life much easier? A USB C is reversible, which means you can plug it in any direction you want. No more fumbling and fiddling in the dark just to figure out which direction you need to plug your laptop in. It is also powerful, too. A USB C can run at rates up to 10 Gbps compared to the standard USB Type B most devices use nowadays. Plus, it delivers bi-directional power as well as deliver large loads of up to 20V at 5A.

With these features, it looked like waiting for the MacBook Pro has been worth it.
