"Vikings" Season 5 is reportedly slated to see the comeback of "Warcraft" actor Travis Fimmel as Ragnar Lothbrok. "Mission Impossible III" actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers is also said to be included in the show to play a major role. Moreover, Jonathan Rhys Meyers is rumored to be a formidable enemy to Ivar in "Vikings" Season 5.

"Vikings" Season 4 Part 2 "The Outsider" is expected to premiere on Nov. 30 and will feature a hairy Ragnar Lothbrok. Rumor has it that Ragnar will die in Season 4; however, the Kattegat king will make a comeback in "Vikings" Season 5 to guide his five sons Ivar (Alex Hogh Anderson), Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith), Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig), Hvitserk (Marco Islo) and Sigurd (David Lindström), Stopru reported.

Previously, a "Vikings" Season 4 Part 2 trailer featured Ragnar Lothbrok and actor Ivan Kaye character King Aelle's snake pit. Previous teasers revealed King Aelle bringing Ragnar to a vengeful end. Moreover, it is said that the sequel of Season 4 goes through a time jump showing Ragnar against his own grown-up sons.

In other news, the cast and crew of "Vikings" had already wrapped up for the season. "Vikings" Season 4 Part 2 is slated to be aired next month. Additionally, Katheryn Winnick, who plays Lagertha, shared numerous behind-the-scene photos and videos on Instagram, showing the filming of a few episodes of "Vikings" Season 5 along with the second part of Season 4 .

A "Vikings" Season 5 video revealed two opposing parties in slow motion battle. Avid viewers of the show may expect to see the consequences brought by Ragnar's return, Creator Michael Hirst said. Additionally, Winnick is said to be butting heads with Queen Aslaug played by Alyssa Sutherland,Screen Rant reported. Clive Standen will also return as Rollo.
