Shortly after "Pokemon Go" launched, dedicated fans started creating map trackers, wherein the mobile game company Niantic decided that these trackers broke the rules of the mobile game. With that said, the developer had shut down a majority of these trackers; however, one of the most popular trackers is coming back online.

The person behind "Pokémon GO's" third-party map tracker FastPokeMap has unleashed a series of tweets confirming that reverse-engineering API was successful, and FastPokeMap will come back to life next week or over the weekend. One tweet of FastPokeMap stated that as they are testing everything, the trackers should be running again by Friday or Saturday, according to BGR.

Even so, with the API reversed and FastPokeMap primed to be back online, the creator decided to provide the mobile game company with some unwarranted criticism about the changes that the company is making to the mobile game. The FastPokeMap creator stated that they will keep reversing Niantic's game as long as their game is popular. FastPokeMap will continue to come back no matter how hard they try to kill it; however, if they keep trying to terminate it, don't be surprised if soon there won't be anyone playing "Pokemon Go" anymore.

On the other hand, for all of "Pokemon Go" trainers who are still going strong, the developers at Niantic are working hard on bringing out updates to make their mobile game a more robust offering. With gyms getting the most recent attraction through an update, it sounds like the multiplayer battles could be released soon.

From what the mobile game company is touting on their blog, it seems like battling gyms could be achieved without great effort. In the next big update of "Pokemon Go", trainers will now be able to get battle gyms with six Pokemon, rather than just one, Cinema Blend reported.

Nevertheless, for those individuals who are unfamiliar with the game, gyms are linked to real-world locations in the augmented reality game. If a gym is owned by a "Pokemon Go" team, it can be trained and make the team stronger.
