DTEK60, the latest BlackBerry smartphone powered by Android, is the newest addition of the leak in technology that provides us a clearer view of no less than its front design.

The latest image is sourced out from a trusted informant Evan Blass, more popularly known as @evleaks, who has given precise information with regards to the newest and unreleased gadgets or plans in the world of technology in so many cases so far. Thus, there is no doubt that the leak is 100 percent accurate.

For quite some time, BlackBerry has been one of the most anticipated chain of phones in the past, but after falling quite hardly behind competitors on the smartphone industry, it eventually upgraded to have a shift towards Android to be able to survive its niche, Indiana Express reported.

The first Android-powered BB smartphone called BlackBerry Priv was released in late 2015, followed by the BB DTEK50 on July this year, and right now, the company is about to launch its newest addition, the DTEK60.

It is said that the company's latest addition to its Android edition has a little resemblance to the old and original BlackBerry phones, with its legendary QWERTY keypad; however, that's not a big thing at all since times are changing so fast and the company is struggling to keep its head above the water.

Based on the image released by Blass, the DTEK60 will have a slightly curved edge design as well as on-screed buttons that comprises an over-all sleek design. The rumored apps added within the phone's system includes Google Play Store, BBM and a lot more.

BlackBerry DTEK60 is expected to sport a 5.5-inch QHD display, with a density of pixels that could get as far as 534 backed by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, Adreno 530 graphics and 4GB of RAM, according to LargeOrange.

As of the moment, no further information has been released as to when BlackBerry's newest smartphone will be officially released; however, retailers are expecting it to be anytime soon.
