The wait is finally over as "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's" much-anticipated multiplayer beta release schedule has been announced by Activision.

According to Gamerant, gamers who pre-ordered the game can participate on the game's beta release. "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" PS4 players can join the beta on Oct. 14, while Xbox One owners can participate on Oct. 21 at 10am PST. The beta release will then be closed across platforms on Oct. 24 at 10am PST.

With the said beta schedule released by Activision, many Xbox One users are wondering why they only have 3 days to play the multiplayer beta, while PlayStation 4 users were given 10 days to play "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" multiplayer beta. Although the publisher admitted that the game will be a PS4 exclusive, Xbox One users voiced out that this is a bit unfair, which is why they do hope for an extension, just like what other beta do.

Although Xbox One users think that Activision is somewhat 'bias' with "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's" multiplayer beta schedule, it is worthy to note that PC gamers will not receive the open beta at all.

Moving forward, no official announcement yet on what players can expect from "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's" multiplayer beta; however, according to Coming Soon, it will definitely bring numerous customizations in the game.

It is said that "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's" multiplayer will bring weapon and gear customizations that will suit player's taste and style. Furthermore, since "Call of Duty" is known for its fast-paced gameplay, it is expected that the game will also introduce unique weapons, most high-tech equipment and most advanced combat rigs.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" is slated to be released on Nov. 4 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

In other "Call of Duty" news, while "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's" developer Infinity Ward recently announced that the game has gone gold, which basically means that the game has been "more or less completed," Treyarch, on the other hand, announced that the game's predecessor "Call of Duty 3" is now available on Xbox One backwards compatible game list.

Since "Call of Duty 2" was just brought on the list in August, and now we also have "Call of Duty 3," it is likely that "Call of Duty 4" will soon follow suit.
