Pixel X and Pixel XL (nee Google Nexus) launching date is imminent. But before the debut of the most powerful android smartphones of 2016, leaked images of alleged "Google Nexus 2016" successors are circulating online bearing the name of Huawei at the back of the phones.

Everyone is excited about the upcoming launching of Pixel X and Pixel XL phones (nee Google Nexus). Just before turning on the hype machine, leaked images of alleged "Google Nexus 2016" successors are posted by Slash Gear. The post showed an image of a black Nexus phone with Huawei's name at the back case. Thus it can be concluded that it is highly possible for Google to have contracted Huawei for their 2017 flagships.

On the other hand, the world is focus on the upcoming launching of Pixel X (Sailfish) and Pixel XL (Marlin) phones.  Google hired a third party OEM for the phone manufacturing to be able to come up with high-end phones to compete head-to-head with Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus according to the report of BGR. Google killed of Nexus branding to give birth to Pixel lines, following the naming pattern used in Pixel tablets.

Pixel X and Pixel XL specs are highly commendable as suggested by the official leaks. But fans are excited for the new experience the "Google Nexus 2016" phones new mobile hardware has to offer. The most talked-about features of the Pixels phones is its camera with 12MP resolution and able to stream 4K video recording at 60fps. Another spec that made everyone excited is the rumored Snapdragon 820 (or 821) which will run the most powerful android smartphone this year. Pixels phones will have an entry price of $649 according to Android Police.
