Ever since the Apple iPad was unveiled, it has always been the most dominant gadget in its niche. But, Apple iPad is not really the only significant device in the tablet world, since there is also Microsoft's Surface Pro lineup.

The Windows operating system maker will try to steal the spotlight away from the iPad with the tech company's upcoming Surface Pro 5.

Once the fifth-generation Surface Pro arrives, iPad and some of Samsung's Galaxy Tab line's supremacy may very well be threatened. For the reason that Microsoft is seriously betting on making a competitive device in the mobile device industry, based on the report of Vine Report.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5's features include the new Intel Kaby Lake processor that intends to provide the gadget with not just boosted and improved battery life, it will also come along with a better and faster file-transfer support.

While Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will be having a Kaby Lake processor, the device could improve the chances of seeing 4K display support. Which means Surface Pro 5 will have better chances of seeing UHD displays that many individuals are now hoping to see.

For those individuals who previously own the Surface Pro 4, they can definitely certify to the fact that the major problems with Surface Pro 4 using Intel Skylake were the short battery life, as well as a USB connection that leaves much to be desired, according to Morning News USA.

In addition, when it comes to screen resolution, the Surface Pro 4 managed to drive out countless rivals in both the laptop and tablet spaces. So, Surface Pro 5 is expected to come with much better, Tech Radar reported.
