"Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders" is being released for a limited time, one night to be exact. Fathom Events will handle the limited theatrical release of the movie on Oct.  10 in theaters around the country. The movie will premiere at 3 time slots: 2 p.m., 7:30 p.m., and 10 p.m.

"Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders" movie will feature the voices of Adam West, Burt Ward, and Julie Newmar. Fathom Events will take the Batman franchise back to its original story in the 60s and will also include parts from the Batman TV series, as well. The movie will see actor Adam West return as Batman and Robin will be voiced by actor Burt Ward, Movie Web reported.

The one-night "Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders" theatrical release will also feature the return of Julie Newmar as Catwoman. Other characters who will be featured in the movie are The Penguin, The Riddler, and The Joker.

However, these characters needed to be recast because the original characters in the 60s, actor Cesar Romero, actor Frank Gorshin and actor Burgess Meredith, have already passed away.

The Riddler will be played by "Batman: Arkham Asylum" actor Wally Wingert.  Those who attend one of the screenings of "Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders" can also expect to see a new feature about the influence of the villains in the Batman franchise, titled "Those Dastardly Desperados."

A "Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders" detailed review showed what could be expected from the movie as Batman and Robin jump into action when Gotham City is threatened by the four Super-Villains in the Batman films, Penguin, Joker, Riddler, and Catwoman. The foursome create a plot so that Batman and Robin will have to go to outer space and be back to stop their arch enemies and restore order in Gotham City.

"Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders" is also coming to DVD and Blu-ray this fall. Based on reports, this will bring a dose of nostalgia for fans of the original 1966 TV show. According to TV actor Burt Ward, some surprises await the fans that are into the colorful past of the dynamic duo, Cinema Blend reported.
