If you are heading to WhereIsPokemon website, it describes the tool as 'find all Pokemon near you in real time'. Players can also select a target location and reveal which monsters are there. Users can either find the rarest or filter the Pokemons nearby. By using the marker, moving it around or click on the map - the scanner will work like magic.

What's great about this "Pokemon GO" cheat is that it shows directions to the monsters including the distance that players need to travel. As PC World described, it uses Google to generate the directions and players can determine the distance with left-click on the targeted spot.
