MacBook Pro 2016 of Apple Inc. will be redesigned, and aesthetics as well as software upgrades will be the focal point of its improvements.

The tech company is making a radical change to the powerful device, something that did not occur to the laptop in years. As little evidence is known as how the device will look, the new MacBook is claimed to feature major improvements.

But, rumor has it that the Apple MacBook Pro 2016 lineup is expected to hang on to its usual screen sizes of 13 and 15 inches, along with the laptop's high resolution Retina display.

Since the MacBooks selection has been looking a little old lately, the upcoming Apple devices need a major refresh to the lineup. It has been said that the upcoming MacBooks are expected to have a Touch ID and a new OLED button panel to come to the 2016 MacBook Pro.

However, the code hidden in the latest version of macOS Sierra made a slight indication at one additional feature, based on the report of BGR.

The macOS Sierra, which is the upcoming thirteenth major release of macOS, will support USB 3.1 2nd Generation - widely known as the upgraded version of USB-C. As the tech giant introduced USB-C ports into its lineup with the Retina MacBook in 2015, it's a good theory that those ports will be coming along with the new MacbBook Pro, according to 9to5 Mac.

Intel's new Skylake platform is also making its way to the new MacBook, which will provide the usual improvements on performance such as an increase in CPU speeds. This platform will also add up more than 30 percent battery life, bringing effective power use, Morning Ledger reported.

The new MacBook is also expected with a version of Apple's Touch ID fingerprint recognition technology, a feature which is limited to iOS gadgets.
