"Thor: Ragnarok" is being filmed in Brisbane, Australia. However, scenes that take place in New York will still be seen and another Marvel Universe Character may also be featured.

Previously, Kevin Feige confirmed that "Thor: Ragnarok" will set the God of Thunder through the Nine Realms. Also, Feige promised that there will be scenes that will show Thor Odinson mixing up with humans on Earth. And Thor's earthly appearance would be in New York.

A set in Brisbane, Australia was dressed up just like New York. Vehicles and other props for redesigning an Australian corner into a New York-style set. Yellow taxi cabs are parked along Margaret Street also with a yellow school bus and a United States ambulance, Sydney Morning Herald reported.

A letter was addressed to the residents from the film location manager, Duncan Jones, which is pleading for patience of the residents as the multimillion dollar movie is being shot in the area.

An Australian writer and director, Daley Pearson, posted photos on Twitter showing Chris Hemsworth on set. It also shows connection to another famous Marvel Comics Universe character, Doctor Strange. There are also photos that Chris uploaded on Twitter showing himself and the Loki actor, Tom Hiddleston in a New York-like set, according to IGN.

A spoiler photo was also posted showing Thor (Chris Hemsworth) holding a piece of paper which has a written sign "177A Bleecker Street". The address shown can be easily recognized by comic book readers as it is the address of the Sanctum Sanctorum of Doctor Stephen Strange that is in Greenwich Village, New York.

There is no clarification, however, that Benedict Cumberbatch will be back on the big screen. But this is a good indication that the doctor-slash-sorcerer might be back. Or at least have reference on the new Thor movie.

The movie will be seen on the big screens on November 3, 2017.

Here's a few photos from the set of #Thor in #Brisbane today. Trying to keep it #Loki
