Kylie Jenner has reportedly bought a Hidden Hills mansion in California priced at 4.5 million dollars. The four-bedroom and four-bathroom mansion is located next to the 6-million-dollar estate that she bought in May.

Kylie is suggested to keep both properties and plans to use the additional 5000 square foot as a work space for her growing business, Kylie Cosmetics line. Aside from her business, the property will also be used as a crash pad for all of her friends, reportedly. The said mansion also has a pool and one hot tub like most home offices, TMZ reported.

Apart from buying new properties, Kylie is also reportedly selling her 4800 square foot Calabasas starter home for 3.9 million dollars. She originally bought the house for 2.7 million dollars but she is trying to turn a healthy profit out of it.

Previously, it has been reported that Kylie experienced rain pouring out of her Calabasas home from a hole in its roof. This happened when a rainstorm hit LA and even other residents were disturbed by it. However, no reports about how much remodeling she had done on the place have been released after she left the house.

To recall, Kylie has moved out from the house earlier this year, Perez Hilton reported. The house is actually near the gated Calabasas community where all of her family lives. It is her first place as an adult, reportedly.

Kylie's agent, Tomer Fridman, was not available to give comments about the star's mansion. However, Kylie showed her fans a glimpse inside her mansion through Snapchat after she reportedly got the keys. In her Snapchat, she gave a casual tour of the New England-style residence she just bought. She also showed the renovation progress for the elevator, glam room and movie theater inside her new crib.
