"No Man's Sky" PC launch received major performance problems and controversies upon its release. However, some players are still eager to explore the game's universe, including the fauna that comes with it.

On some planets in "No Man's Sky," scanning all planetary fauna will cost major space dollars. However, if a player wishes to have 100 percent completion on planets, an invaluable tip for scanning all fauna is to look up.

In "No Man's Sky" PC version, birds will often be circling above while some may circle or zig zag in unpredictable ways. The trick is to whip out the mining laser or blaster and aim at one of the birds. When the bird falls down, the player needs to mark where it landed and head over to its corpse so it could be scanned.

Another tip to reach 100 percent completion is to dive into the terrifying sea of "No Man's Sky" and check the lurking critters. However, this time, the player does not need to shoot them to scan their corpse unless they are slippery little zig zaggers like the birds. The player just needs to scan and go before the Emerald Weapon arrives.

Meanwhile, "No Man's Sky" experienced a number of technical issues that disappointed some players. Some customers who bought the game immediately took their concerns to Twitter, Reddit and Steam. Because of this, "No Man's Sky" developer Sean Murray of Hello Games took to Twitter to offer solutions and workarounds for the most common issues that affect the game on PC, iDigitalTimes reported.

"No Man's Sky" has received 19,450 positive and 13,694 negative reviews on Steam upon publishing, Eurogamer reported. However, only a small cut of the negative reviews was due to the series of technical difficulties of the game.

"No Man's Sky" negative reviews were from a huge portion of those who were able to play the game properly but simply did not like it. Watch another reported "No Man's Sky" disappointment here.
