Looks like a good news for Pokemon fanatics! The latest update to "Pokemon Go" introduced an array of welcome changes to the hit augmented reality game. Players can now modify the appearance of their trainers and leave behind their worry of accidentally sending their favorite Pokemons to Professor Willow.

Pokemon Go 1.1.0 update on iOS, or the 0.31.0 update on the Android platform features the ability to change the looks of the trainers from the profile screen. For the customization menu, players need to enable a small icon in the lower right-hand corner, Polygon reported.

Brand-new looks have been rolled out for a slew of entities. Kanto achievement's Pokedex and the Jogger's milestone now sport an all-new look.

In order to transfer Pokemon to Professor Willow, players will now need to go to a new menu. This is perhaps the most welcome change to the game as it will ward off the possibility of accidental transfers of favorite Pokemon to the Professor.

The nests received a bit of an overhaul and arrays of new species are being introduced. Another aspect of the situation is that the rare Pokemon are now going to be even harder to catch.

The feature of Damage Per Second has also undergone and complete revamp. The new system is comparatively balanced and it has made combat more appealing, according to Reddit.

The Nearby tracking system has also undergone a complete makeover; a change which is reportedly not been received very well by ardent gamers.

The previous method of finding Pokemon based on their pawprints, is no longer applicable, since the footprints are now missing from the Nearby feature.

Quite a few third-party mapping apps and services were also closed down, pushing the players a bit too far.

In fact, players were so infuriated, many of them applied for a refund for their in-app purchases citing inferior "Pokemon Go" experience.

"Pokemon Go" players believe catching Pokemon has become even more challenging now and the view was conveyed in several negative reviews on Apple's app store. Some ardent "Pokemon Go" fanatics have gone as far as uninstalling the game, and playing different games.
